The research of this lab mainly focuses on Computational Systems Biology and Bioinformatics. Our interest covers broad area including protein structure modeling, protein-ligand binding prediction, biological network analyses, high-throughput biological data analyses, in silico studies of interactions between pathogens and plant cells and gene/protein interaction network in plant cells and many more.
